We actively participate in firm cost-monitoring systems, requiring the full technical and cost implications of any client design development to be identified prior to implementation.

DESIGN AND BUILD:
We have vast experience of working for contractors, carrying our both
design development and detailing. Full or part services can be offered to enable the design and build specialist to obtain sufficient building services design and management expertise to suit the specific requirements of the proposed project whilst remaining fully competitive in the tender submissions.

PERFORMANCE AND CHECKING:
Fully design brief or client comprehensive requirement documents are developed depending on the complexity of the project. We then select competitive contractors and monitor their development and progress on project implementation. We fully insist on similar standards to our own designs.
